These terms govern the use of our telecommunications services and digital platforms. By using them, you agree to the following provisions.
These terms of use apply to all services of the TelekomNet platform, including voice and data communication, cloud services, and networking solutions. The subject of the contract includes the provision of the booked digital services in accordance with the respective service description.
The user undertakes to use the services only within the framework of applicable laws. In particular, actions such as unauthorized access, disruption of network infrastructure, or use for fraudulent purposes are prohibited. The user is responsible for the security of their access data.
We provide the services with due care and in accordance with the state of the art. Liability for indirect damages or data loss caused by force majeure or third parties is excluded. The availability of the services averages 99.5% per year, unless otherwise agreed.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable European data protection regulations. We ensure the confidentiality of transmitted communications through end-to-end encryption, insofar as this is technically possible and contractually agreed.
The contract runs for an indefinite period unless otherwise agreed. Termination can be made at any time with a notice period of 30 days to the end of the month. Changes to these terms will be communicated to the user by email at least 30 days before they take effect; in the event of objection, the contract may be terminated.
