This includes dedicated lines, SD-WAN solutions, and cloud-based communication platforms. Actual availability and bandwidth may vary depending on regional network coverage and local regulations.
Our SLAs define binding availability and response times for the core services you have booked. They apply from the time of contractual commissioning. Force majeure, third-party interference, or necessary maintenance windows that we announce in good time are excluded from the SLA commitments. Please refer to the respective contract documents for details.
As a responsible provider, we process personal data exclusively on the basis of the GDPR and applicable telecommunications law. Use of our services requires acknowledgment and acceptance of our data protection policy. We point out that end-to-end encryption is not automatically activated for certain services (e.g., standard email) unless explicitly marked as secure communication.
Our platform serves as a technical interface for the transmission and storage of data. We assume no responsibility for the content sent, received, or stored by our customers or their end users over our networks. Compliance with all applicable laws, particularly regarding copyright, personal rights, and competition law, is solely the responsibility of the respective user.
We reserve the right to further develop and adapt technical specifications and functional scopes of our services, provided this serves to improve security, stability, or efficiency. Material changes that restrict the contractually agreed scope of services will be communicated to you in writing at least four weeks before they take effect. In this case, you have a special right of termination.
